The Business Building Lab is Birth Labs' first programme — a physical cohort for graduates and early-stage founders. You work through the stages of building a business, from the first spark to steady growth, and finish with a company you can run and the skill to do it again.
The programme moves through five core stages: Develop (shape the idea into something you can test), Validate (talk to real customers before you spend), Structure (registration, pricing, roles and money), Launch (get it in front of people without wasting capital), and Grow (turn first customers into steady revenue).
